Refund Policy - The Basics

Thank you for supporting my art business! We want you to be happy with your purchase, however due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition.

• Clients are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
