Processing Time

All orders are carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or personalized items may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Costs and Timeframe

Canada: Shipping is free on all orders (excluding signs and wood ornaments).
International: At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Standard shipping within Canada: 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping options are not currently available.
